Leek and Potato Soup

A smooth, creamy vegetable soup that's full of flavour.


3 tbsp butter

4 long chopped leek

3 garlic cloves peeled and chopped

4 cups chicken stock

1 cups heavy cream

1 kg potato peeled and chopped

salt and pepper


Grab a large soup pot. Melt the butter, add the finely chopped garlic and leek and stir for about 10 min.

It's time to add the potatos, the stock, salt and pepper and bring it to boil. Turn the heat low and simmer until the potatoes are soft.

Pour the soup in a blender or use hand -held blender and puree it.

Finally add the heavy cream and bring it to boil.

Taste and season it with more salt and pepper.
