The top 10 quickest, no-bake gluten-free sweets you have to try!

As a busy mum being back to my full-time job, I know how hard it is to make time for cooking and baking. Don’t get me wrong, it is extremely hard to find time for anything while looking after a baby or a toddler. I know how it feels! I’ve been there, I’m still there!
The good news is that I’m here to make your life easier so I’ve collected my favourite no-bake sweets which are all gluten-free and take the least amount of time to make. Do you have 10-15 minutes for preparation? If yes, check these recipes out.
The rest, leave it for the fridge!
1. Strawberry chia pudding
This is my family’s biggest favourite! It literally takes 5 minutes to make, then let it sit in the fridge so the chia can soak (I recommend you do it overnight).

2. Watermelon coconut ice cream
I’m a huge fan of watermelon and coconut. I use coconut milk in my chia pudding above or coconut cream in most of my stir fry dishes. It’s amazing how coconut and watermelon compliment each other. This is absolutely the coolest dessert on a hot summer day.

Snack or breakfast on the go? This one is healthy, protein-packed, very easy to make and the best of all, kid friendly!

These are the easiest cheesecakes you’ll ever make and great desserts for any parties- even kids parties. For the crust, you can use any gluten-free biscuit, just blend it in a food processor until very fine.
8. Chocolate Mousse
Are you into chocolate? This is your best choice to go with. This mousse is light, fluffy and OMG, so yummy!
