Strawberry chia pudding

This chia pudding is the perfect breakfast or dessert choice. High in fiber and protein and extremely delicious.

Servings 4 serves


half cup chia seed

2 cups coconut milk

600 ml greek yoghurt

1 handful almond flakes

1 cup strawberries


Mix the chia with the coconut milk and put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours. The best is if you do it the night before and let it soak overnight.

Grab a cup or glass and layer 1 tbsp of yoghurt, 1 tbsp of chia mix and 1 layer of strawberries and continue one more time.

Sprinkle some almond flakes on top.
